Hardware Engineer

What will you do as Hardware Engineer?
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete design of electrical systems delivered on board. You will make the design based on, for example, customer specifications and class requirements.
You will work within the budget, according to the project planning.

What describes you best?
You are a full-time Hardware Engineer with an eye for detail, who also oversees the big picture. You enjoy working in a dynamic team and take a proactive approach. Your ability is to analyze drawings and electrical diagrams together with the head of the design team / project manager and propose technical solutions.

In addition:

• You have University degree in Electrical/ Electro technical Engineering
• Your English is at an advanced level (written/spoken)
• You have knowledge about elaborating Basic / Detailed Engineering documents, such as:

• • Lighting calculation, functional descriptions of equipment and systems
  • List of input/output signals / List of alarm sensors
  • FAT/HAT/SAT test protocols

• You have the necessary knowledge of electrical systems and their integration, calculation of elements of electrical installations, electrical panels, electrical drives, automation elements, modern techniques for electrical installations.
• Your ability is to elaborate the basic engineering/detailed engineering part of electrical installation projects, in accordance with the technical specification, requirements of classification societies, applicable standards and internal instructions/manuals.
• You have the knowledge to use specific design software (E-PLAN / AUTOCAD)

Experience: minimum. 4 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer

Mainly at our office in Galati, Romania.
